On November 29, Rewire hosted a Facebook Live Q&A entitled, "How Do You Know When It's Safe to Quit Your Day Job?," led by David Deeds, Schulze Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas and EIX editor-in-chief. Deeds is an expert in business venturing, strategic management, entrepreneurship theory and practice. He was recently featured at NextAvenue.org to discuss business startup advice and resources for entrepreneurs of all ages.

The Facebook Live event began with an explanation of the best time to make the transition from quitting one’s full-time day job to working full-time on one’s own business endeavor. Deeds then took questions relevant to the subject via Rewire’s Facebook Page.  The event was part of a series of entrepreneurship and career-related content made possible by the Richard Schulze Family Foundation.

Rewire is an online initiative sponsored by the Twin Cities Public Television.

In case you missed it, you can watch the Q&A on the EIX Facebook page.
